Mantic Muddlers album launch, tall tale & the gospel truth, Liam Godfrey artwork Poster art by Liam Godfrey

On Thursday June 27th, to celebrate the release of their upcoming
album ‘Tall Tales & The Gospel Truth’ the trio will be playing an
evening of their signature Roots, Rattle & Roll at The Star Inn,
Guildford (A venue rich in history, with a stage that has been graced
by some incredibly influential musical-masters).

The album, that was recorded in the confines of an industrial kitchen
just for those ultra-pure reverberations, is in keeping with The
Muddlers’ ethos, where honesty is unavoidable and raw energy in
abundance. With a wide array of influences and a palette of colourful
tales to tell, the three have blended up a haphazard soundscape that
is best experienced live. With this in their minds, the twelve tracks
were recorded to retain the ‘live sound’!

Opening the night’s musical meanderings will be the incredibly unique
Megan Linford, who is pushing her sounds into undiscovered realms of
Roots music, all the while paying tribute to the rich history of Folk
music from around the world.

Tickets are only £6 and can be ordered online now
